Heartbroken Dog Attends His Owner's Funeral, Comes Back To The Grave Every Day
A little dog named Cesur always had a strong connection with his late owner Mehmet Ilhan. The 79-year-old Mehmet spent the last two years of his life paralyzed, and Cesur was always by his side. Sadly, Mehmet passed away, breaking Cesur's heart into million little pieces. Everyone knew how much Cesur loved his late owner, but no one could have expected how far his loyalty could extend.
When Cesur's 79-year-old owner died, the little dog refused to leave his coffin
"Because of my father's paralysis, they had a different kind of connection"
Cesur's owner spent the last two years of his life confined to bed, and the pooch was always by his side
"When my father was in the hospital during his last days, Cesur stopped eating," Ali Illhan explained The Dodo.
The grieving dog even led the funeral procession
"Nobody could touch him until my father was taken to the grave and was buried"
The late owner's son noticed that Cesur keeps wandering away from home, so he decided to follow him
The man discovered that Cesur had been visiting his father's burial site every day since the funeral
"The people who work in the cemetery say the first thing he does in the morning is visit the grave of my father," Ali added.
"Cesur has always been a noble animal," said Ali. "He will live with me from now on"
Sending love to you, Cesur. We hope your grieving heart will find peace. You're the best of dogs.
